Process strategy and implementation planning

Start with the work, not the software. We map the current process, clarify the problem and define what success looks like before anyone builds anything.

Most implementations are scoped from a product demo. We scope them from the work, which is a different exercise and a shorter one than people expect.

We map what happens now. Where a request enters, who touches it, where it waits, and what it costs to wait. This is done with the people who run the process today, because they already know where it breaks and are rarely asked.

We define success before we define scope. A baseline measure, agreed on with you, that the rest of the program is judged against. Without one, every later conversation about whether the implementation worked is a matter of opinion.

The Implementation Assessment is the packaged version of this: two weeks, a fixed price, and a delivery-ready plan at the end of it. You leave with the process maps, the prioritized requirements, the roadmap and a recommendation you own — whether or not you build it with us.

Part of that recommendation is what not to change. Sometimes the answer is a clearer process rather than new software, or better configuration of what you already have. We will tell you that even though it shrinks the engagement, and we would rather do that than sell you a system you switch off in a year.

Where automation or AI is worth it, this is where that case gets made — with the operating cost and the added complexity on the same page as the benefit, not discovered afterwards.

Our planning defaults, not your figures — the assessment replaces both with yours. It is enough to tell you whether this is worth a conversation.

Assumes automation absorbs 65% of manual entry and triage time, at a blended cost of US$55/hour. Both are our planning defaults, not figures from your business — we replace them with your own in Discovery.

Clients on this specific work

  • As is often the case, we did not ask for a system such as the one we now have because we did not know it was possible. Kewl was able to go beyond the program’s specifications to interpret what our company actually needed to achieve the goals we shared with them. To be able to learn about your client’s industry so quickly, look at what a software program can do, and combine that with what the client really needs — that’s genius.

  • After just a few minutes on the phone, asking some tough questions, we realized we were… finally… speaking to the right people. We wanted someone who knows what they’re doing, comes in, asks the right questions and gets us where we need to go. That’s Kewl Consulting.

They do their homework thoroughly so their recommendations are always well thought out, on point, with positive impact in areas that matter to me. I have come to rely on Kewl as an integral part of my growth strategy and technology plan.

  • What the client reported · Community development finance

    Minutes, not hours

to prepare a loan summary or underwriting report

    • Processes simplified and made consistent after organizational mergers
    • Information consolidated, and reporting to tribes and investors improved
    • Less effort on a straightforward loan approval
  • What the client reported · Financial advisory

    Facts, not open questions

what the client said the engagement produced

    • Fragmented financial and relationship data consolidated
    • Meeting-related work automated
    • Risk conditions identified and the resulting actions surfaced for advisors

Outcomes as the client reported them, not as we measured them. Sector named, client not, at their request.

Common questions

What buyers ask us

Creatio Unlimited prices the platform by organization rather than per seat: unlimited users, applications, workflows, custom objects and API calls. For most organizations that ends the conversation about who “deserves” a licence, which is usually the thing quietly limiting adoption.

AI actions are metered separately. So the number to forecast is agent volume rather than headcount — how many interactions your workflows will run. That is harder to estimate than seats were, and it is the single most useful thing to model before signing. We do it with you rather than leaving you to guess.

Per-user pricing has not gone away: the Growth and Enterprise plans still work that way and are often cheaper for smaller teams. We will show you both against your real usage. The long version: what unlimited CRM actually means.

Four things you own whether or not you build with us: current-state process maps with a measured baseline, prioritized requirements with the constraints named, an implementation roadmap sequenced by business value, and a written recommendation on what to retain, improve, connect or replace.

The baseline is the part people underestimate. It is the number every later result is measured against, and without it “did this work” is a matter of opinion.

Yes, and it is usually better that way. The process maps and the baseline are about your work, not about a product, and a platform decision made after them is made against requirements rather than a demo.

Most of our work runs on Creatio. If your requirements point to another CRM, we will tell you, and tell you what to ask its partners: the recommendation follows the requirements.
