We are a Creatio implementation partner, and the consultants who scope your build stay on it from Discovery to go-live.
In the design stage we architect the data schemas and the processes that run on them before anything is built, so the CRM matches how your organization works rather than forcing the team into a stock configuration. Screens are built in the Freedom UI Designer and processes in Creatio Business Studio.
Data, workflows, reporting and adoption are planned together rather than left as separate problems. A CRM that holds good data but that nobody runs their day from is the most common expensive failure in this category, and it is an implementation decision rather than a training one.
Creatio’s 10x release in July 2026 also introduced Creatio Unlimited, which prices the platform by organization rather than per seat — unlimited users, applications, workflows, custom objects and API calls. It is a genuine change to how these programs get scoped, because headcount stops being the thing you ration.
Two caveats we would rather you heard from us: AI actions are metered separately in annual packages, so agent volume is the number to forecast instead of seats, and per-user pricing still exists under the Growth and Enterprise plans if that suits you better. We model both against your actual usage during Discovery.
Clients on this specific work
We began asking colleagues within the software community to recommend the best firm to handle CRM implementation and the name that kept coming up time and again was Kewl Consulting. We looked at other firms, but Kewl has a great cultural fit with our people. They knew the application we selected inside-out. And I was very impressed with their methodology.
VP of OperationsTechnology They communicated very openly, stayed on project time-line with deliverable commitments and most importantly on budget. We appreciated their proactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach … along with their ability to suggest bigger picture improvements to our ever-changing road map, but most importantly integrating multiple teams within our organization to a singular platform.

What buyers ask us
Creatio Unlimited prices the platform by organization rather than per seat: unlimited users, applications, workflows, custom objects and API calls. For most organizations that ends the conversation about who “deserves” a licence, which is usually the thing quietly limiting adoption.
AI actions are metered separately. So the number to forecast is agent volume rather than headcount — how many interactions your workflows will run. That is harder to estimate than seats were, and it is the single most useful thing to model before signing. We do it with you rather than leaving you to guess.
Per-user pricing has not gone away: the Growth and Enterprise plans still work that way and are often cheaper for smaller teams. We will show you both against your real usage. The long version: what unlimited CRM actually means.
It depends on whether the system is the problem or the way it was configured is. A CRM that nobody uses because every screen asks for eleven fields is a design problem, and rebuilding the processes inside it is cheaper than a migration. A CRM that cannot do what the business now needs — the integration surface, the automation, the reporting — is a platform problem.
Discovery answers which one you have before anyone recommends a replacement. The written recommendation says retain, improve, connect or replace, per system.
We configure it with your process owners in the room — the people who will say “this is how we do it now” to their teams. They own the processes from the start; we build against their decisions.
At go-live the configuration, the documentation and the admin access are yours. Ongoing support is planned as part of the engagement rather than negotiated after it, and you can take any part of it in-house whenever you want.
