Sample data. Nothing here is a real customer record.

Most customer information starts in email, and a lot of it stays there. The record that would have been useful is in someone’s inbox, and putting it in Creatio means a context switch nobody has time for — so it does not happen, and the CRM slowly stops reflecting reality.

This add-in closes that gap. Link correspondence to the record it belongs to, create new Creatio objects from a message you are already reading, and jump to the record in Creatio when you need the full picture. It comes in two editions, Basic and Plus, licensed per server for unlimited users; the Creatio Marketplace listing is the reference for what each includes and what it costs.

How it installs

Send us your Creatio site identifier and we return a licensed installer. Run it on each Windows machine that needs the add-in, then sign in from the connector panel in Outlook with the site identifier and your Creatio credentials — or through your single sign-on provider. There is nothing to install on the Creatio side, and it works the same against Classic UI and Freedom UI.

Support

Kewl supports the connector: write to marketplace@kewlconsulting.com or call +1 (604) 261‑3188, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Pacific; the support page says what to include. The connector has been on the Creatio Marketplace since September 2020.

Custom objects that aren’t listed? Usually straightforward — ask us for scope and pricing.

Documentation

Administrator and user guides

The Administrator Guide covers installing, licensing and the Creatio side. The User Guide covers linking mail, creating records and working from Outlook.

Both are being republished here. Until then, email marketplace@kewlconsulting.com and we will send both. The support page says what to include with an issue.

Questions about Outlook Desktop Connector

Three steps, no change to your Creatio site. You send us your Creatio site identifier and receive a licensed installer; it runs on each Windows machine that needs the add-in; users then sign in from the connector panel in Outlook, with their Creatio credentials or through single sign-on (Okta, Microsoft Entra or Google). It works against Creatio 7.15 and later, in both Classic UI and Freedom UI, on Creatio Cloud or on-site.

Not yet. The Desktop Connector is an add-in for classic Outlook on Windows — 2013 through 2021 and the Microsoft 365 desktop client. The new Outlook, Outlook on the web, mobile Outlook and Outlook for macOS use a different add-in model, which is what the Cloud Connector, in development, is for. If your rollout depends on it, tell us; we prioritize what customers are waiting on.

For systems we build and run, a support agreement covers automated checks around the clock, with people responding in the hours on our support page; a named engineer who knows your build; and a quarterly review of what to change next. The agreement sets the response targets; without one, the table on the support page applies. Kewl supports its Creatio add-on, the Outlook Connector: write to marketplace@kewlconsulting.com or call +1 (604) 261‑3188, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Pacific. The support page says what to include.

See it against your own data

We’ll run it in a sandbox against a copy of your Creatio instance, so you are judging it on your records rather than ours.
