Built around how your industry works.

CRM for banking and manufacturing

We learn how work moves through your organization, then shape the processes, CRM and integrations around it. Where we know the industry, we ask better questions and put the effort where it matters.

Delivering CRM since 2001. These two are where we have pre-built work ready to configure on Creatio — not the limit of where we work. Don’t see your industry?

The shape of the work

The sector words change, but the shape does not

Something arrives, is checked, is decided and is recorded — and goes back when a piece is missing. Our pre-built work is built around that shape, then configured to your rules, your roles and your records.

Illustrative — the shape of the work, not a client’s process or a result.

Banking and financial services

Retail, commercial and wealth management run as separate books. We connect them — referral routing, loan origination intake and document validation, with pre-built Creatio work ready to configure.

Banking is the vertical where the silo problem is most expensive and best understood. Retail, commercial and wealth management each hold part of the customer, and the revenue that falls between them is invisible on every dashboard — nobody is failing at their job, because spotting it was never anybody’s job.

That is the shape of work automation suits: continuous, cross-system, low-drama, and easy to check afterwards. We start from the pre-built banking work Creatio ships, configure it against your book, and put the human approval step where your risk function wants it — not where the demo put it.

Regulated data stays inside your controls. Agents see what their role permits and nothing else, every action is logged with the reasoning attached, and the deployment target is an environment your compliance team has already approved.

Where the work concentrates

Referral routing across divisions

Retail, commercial and wealth management typically run as separate books with separate systems, so a commercial client who should be a wealth prospect is nobody’s job to spot. Creatio’s pre-built referral agent, configured to your divisions and your rules, watches for the signal across all three and routes the opportunity to the right banker with the context attached.

Loan origination intake

Document validation, completeness checks and applicant follow-up run as an agent workflow rather than an underwriter’s inbox. The file reaches a human when it is complete, or when something about it needs a judgment call.

Service deflection

Repetitive account and product questions are answered against your own knowledge base rather than queued. What is left is the work that needed a person.

Manufacturing and distribution

Rolling out with Creatio releases

Quoting, order orchestration and account coverage for manufacturers and distributors — the groundwork now, with Creatio’s sector-specific automation arriving as Creatio releases it.

Manufacturing and distribution are earlier in this than banking, and we would rather tell you that than imply a catalogue we do not yet have. Creatio is still rolling out vertical agents for the sector, and we are deploying them as they land.

What is available today is the groundwork that makes those agents useful when they arrive: the CRM consolidated, the price book authoritative, the ERP and logistics integrations built, and the processes documented well enough that an agent can be pointed at one. That work pays for itself without any agent attached, which is the honest reason to start it now rather than wait.

If you want a specific agent in this sector, ask. We will tell you whether it exists, whether it is close, or whether it needs building — and the answer is sometimes the third one.

Where the work concentrates

Quote and order orchestration

Configuration, pricing and availability live in three systems and a spreadsheet. Agents assemble the quote against the live price book and flag the lines that need a human, instead of a rep rebuilding it by hand each time.

Account coverage at scale

A distributor’s long tail is real revenue that no rep has time to call. Agents watch reorder patterns and surface the accounts that have gone quiet, with the reason.

Service and warranty intake

Claims arrive as email, PDF and phone. Agents normalize them into structured records so the queue is workable and the SLA clock starts when it should.

In their words

Sector by sector, not in general

These are the businesses whose books, floors and queues the work above came out of.

  • Kewl Consulting was highly recommended from the Vendor to help the company transition from a 15-year-old custom built legacy system to a new CRM. Garett and his team did an amazing job providing guidance and leadership through the scoping, development and implementation.

  • Prior to Kewl joining the team, the development phase of the project was critical. Thanks to their hard work and dedication to the success of the project, we were able to quickly assess the remaining effort and get the timeline back on-track. Without him, I do not believe we would have been able to complete the implementation of our system.

Common questions

The question this page raises

Yes — most of our work has been outside these two. Banking and manufacturing are shown because Creatio has pre-built work for them that we configure rather than build from scratch, which changes what a first engagement looks like. In every other sector the shape of the work is the same one this page describes — something arrives, is checked, is decided and is recorded — and the difference is that we start from your process rather than from a vertical template. The sectors listed above are the ones on file from real engagements.
