Data migration and systems integration
Connect the systems, protect the context. We move information between CRM, finance, operations and legacy systems so it stops being re-entered by hand.
Delivered from Vancouver for teams in Canada and the United States · records can be stored in Canada

Migration is where most of the risk in an implementation sits, and where the least attention usually goes. A clean configuration on top of data nobody trusts is a system people quietly work around.
Migration. Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM and older line-of-business databases moved onto Creatio with ETL pipelines, and the processes that ran on them rebuilt as real business processes rather than lifted and shifted. A migration is the one chance to stop carrying a workaround someone invented in 2014.
Integration. ERP, accounting, billing, telephony and legacy databases wired in so information moves without being re-entered, and systems exposed over MCP or REST where a workflow needs to reach them without a one-off bridge.
Validation and monitoring. Field mapping agreed on in writing, reconciliation after each load, and monitoring on the connections afterwards. An integration that fails silently is worse than one that was never built, because the business keeps trusting it.
Where a step used to need someone to re-key something between two systems, that step is usually the first candidate for automation — but only after the data underneath it is right. That order is not negotiable, and it is the most common thing we are asked to reverse.
Clients on this specific work
Kewl Consulting was highly recommended from the Vendor to help the company transition from a 15-year-old custom built legacy system to a new CRM. Garett and his team did an amazing job providing guidance and leadership through the scoping, development and implementation.

What buyers ask us
Only what the new system needs, and that is decided before any mapping starts. The old system will have hundreds of fields; a minority carry data anyone has read in a year. Each unmapped field gets a decision beside it — archived, dropped or merged — and the cleaning happens in the old system before the move.
A faithful migration preserves every old constraint without its reason. The ones that hold are unfaithful on purpose. The long version: the migration checklist we use.
Mapping, validation and monitoring are built with the integration, not added when it fails. Every connection has a defined owner, a documented mapping, and a check that says when a record did not arrive — so a broken sync is a message to a person, not a discovery three months later in a report.
Where a system offers a supported API we use it; where it offers only a file drop, we tell you and design for the failure modes that brings.
