What happens next

A principal consultant, for about thirty minutes, at no cost. We ask what the work looks like today, who does it, and where it slows down — then say what we would look at first, what we would leave alone, and roughly what fixing it is worth. You leave with that answer whether or not you engage us. There is no qualification script and no handover to a salesperson.

This is not the Implementation Assessment. That is a separate, paid engagement — two weeks, fixed price — that maps the process properly, establishes a baseline and produces the roadmap. The conversation is how you find out whether the assessment is worth buying. Nobody has ever been billed for it.

Nothing formal. It helps if you can name one workflow that costs more than it should, say roughly how many people touch it, and know which CRM you are on today. If you already have a Creatio instance, the version and whether it is cloud or on-site saves a round trip. Requirements documents are welcome but never necessary.

For a project or a product, a senior team member, by the end of the next business day: not a sales development rep. For support, the delivery team answers; for a privacy request, our Privacy Officer. If your inquiry arrives with enough detail to answer directly, the reply is the answer rather than a request for a meeting.
